7-Day Worry-free Return
You may return any eligible item within 7 calendar days of delivery for any reason.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase (order-confirmation email or packing slip) is required.
Restocking / Processing Fee
For discretionary (“change-of-mind”) returns, a 20 % restocking fee is deducted from your refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and payment-processing costs.
This fee is waived if the return is due to our error (defect, damage in transit, or wrong item shipped) or where local consumer law prohibits such fees.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Unless the return is because of our error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right (replacement, exchange, or full refund with no restocking fee).
Refunds
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges.
- Banks and credit-card processors may require additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellation / Incorrect Orders
If an order is placed incorrectly (e.g., wrong item, quantity, shipping details, or delivery address), please contact us as soon as possible at champanparts@outlook.com.
- We will make every effort to cancel or modify your order before it is shipped.
- However, once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
- If the shipping address was entered incorrectly and the order has already been shipped, we will attempt to contact the carrier to request an address correction.
- Please note that most carriers have strict limitations on address changes after shipment, and such requests are often unsuccessful or may incur additional fees.
- In cases of incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any resulting issues, including failed delivery, return shipping costs, or reshipment fees.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be treated as a standard return once received back, and applicable fees may apply.
- If a shipment is refused without prior contact, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
